With pleasure I look back at the time with PAR-3 Real Estate Agents. Their motto Alert – lnvolved – Purposive turned out not to be a mere slogan. I have been guided excellently during the entire sale process and provided with all information I desired. The ‘drive’ of this real estate agency has most certainly contributed to the result. In stormy market conditions Geert van de Meulengraaf has always been my stable factor.

After we lived in our new house for some time and everything was no longer according to our wishes, we contacted PAR-3 Real Estate Agents after a friend insisted we should. We won’t forget this meeting. The energy and the enthusiasm which Geert van de Meulengraaf oozes is something he tums into reality! First we looked at the bare facts, after which we determined the sales trajectory. Thereafter he always took the initiative for the following actions, kept us posted of the progress (sometimes even very early in the weekends!) but also finished the final negotiation in a most swift manner. We look back happily at the whole process up until his presence at the notary. Kudos for this real estate agent!!

Later it became clear to us we were not on the right track. By forcing us to seriously think and make rational choices we now found the ideal house at the ideal location! And this after a persistent negotiation by PAR-3 Real Estate Agents. They have taken over all burdens of selling our house, for an excellent selling price, surprisingly fast due to the actual ‘searchers file’ which they have, but even more importantly that they stuck to everything they promised!

Geert van de Meulengraaf has sold a house for us more than once. This happened after he contacted us after we thought we could sell our house ourselves through a local medium. In a most convincing manner he has translated his service into solid advice and attained the results we needed. Always pro-active, professional, with a lot of attention for his client and focused on a long term relationship with them. This approach spoke to us, after which he stayed involved many times with our moving lust and those of our family and friends.

While looking for a new house it quickly turned out we were too ’emotional’ in this process. Following a recommendation, we got into contact with PAR-3 Estate Agents. The professional approach combined with proven expertise of the market have finally proven to be crucial in buying our new home. We have succeeded greatly, however only after Geert van de Meulengraaf ‘dared’ to, with correct argumentation, urgently discourage us to buy our ‘dream house’! Our trust in their service has paid itself back thousand fold. Bravo!!
